As an employer, you agree to: post only genuine job vacancies, provide accurate company information, treat all applicants fairly and without discrimination, and comply with all applicable labour laws.
VedhanHR owns all intellectual property rights in the website and services. You retain rights to content you submit but grant us a license to use it for providing services.
VedhanHR acts as an intermediary platform. We do not guarantee job placement, the accuracy of employer information, or the quality of candidates. All hiring decisions are between employers and candidates.
VedhanHR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform, including loss of employment opportunities or business.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
